How long does it take to build a site?
It depends on the scope. We share a written timeline with the quote, so you know the date of every stage in advance.
Do I need to prepare the content?
Your logo, images and basic information are enough. We'll edit the copy together and fill in any gaps.
Can I update the site myself after launch?
Yes. We give you a short training session after launch; if you prefer, we can handle updates with a maintenance plan.
Do I need to set anything up for my Shopify store?
No. As a Shopify Partner, we build your store in our own Partner account and handle the theme, products, payment and shipping settings. When the store is ready, we transfer ownership to you. You pay nothing to Shopify during setup; the monthly subscription starts when you choose your plan after the transfer.
How does payment work?
The details are on our Terms of Service and Payment page. In general, an advance is paid when work starts and the balance on delivery.
