These terms apply to the web design, e‑commerce, software and bot development services provided by Muyoyu. A separate written quote and/or contract is issued for each project; in case of conflict, the contract prevails.
Quote
The amount shown on the site is an estimate based on your choices, your description and the sample sites; it is not binding. The final price and timeline are confirmed in writing after your needs and files have been reviewed. Quotes are valid for 15 days. Prices include VAT.
Payment
- A 50% advance of the total is paid when work starts.
- The balance is paid on delivery, before the work goes live.
- Payments are made by bank transfer to the account registered to HMA Minal Grup Mimarlık Tasarım İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi; account details are provided in writing on the quote and invoice. An invoice is issued for every payment.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions during the design stage are included in the price. Out-of-scope requests after the design is approved are priced separately.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for supplying content such as text, images, logos and product information on time, and for holding the rights to use it. Content delays extend the timeline by the same amount.
Third-party fees
Fees for third-party services such as domain names, hosting, Shopify subscriptions, paid themes and apps are not included in the quote and are paid from accounts opened in the client's name.
Shopify store transfer
Shopify stores are built as development stores in Muyoyu's Shopify Partner account. No Shopify subscription is charged to the client during setup. When the store is ready, ownership is transferred to the client; from the moment the client accepts the transfer and chooses a Shopify plan, subscription fees are a matter between the client and Shopify. After the transfer, Muyoyu may be given staff or collaborator access to the store with permissions approved by the client.
Intellectual property
Once payment is complete, the rights to use the project's custom design and code pass to the client. Muyoyu may show the work in its portfolio as a reference unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Maintenance and support
Bugs that appear within 30 days of launch are fixed free of charge. After that, maintenance plans are offered separately.
