Muyoyu's services are custom-made for each client. Cancellations and refunds are handled as follows.
Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel after paying the advance but before work begins, the full amount paid is refunded within 14 days.
Cancellation after work has started
Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent. In that case, the cost of work completed up to the cancellation date is deducted from the advance, and any remaining amount is refunded.
Delivered work
No refunds are given for work that has been approved and launched. If delivered work does not conform to the contract, it is first corrected free of charge.
Third-party payments
Payments made to third parties for domain names, hosting, themes or apps are subject to those companies' refund terms.
