Personal data processed
- Identity: first and last name
- Contact: phone, email, business name
- Request details: project description, selected services, sample site links
- Uploaded files: documents such as logos, images and product lists
- If you use the voice assistant: the audio recording and transcript of the call (processed by our voice assistant provider ElevenLabs and deleted after 30 days)
- Transaction security: IP address and browser information
Purposes of processing
- Evaluating quote requests and getting back to you
- Entering into the contract and delivering the service
- Invoicing and meeting legal obligations
- Keeping the site secure
Legal grounds
Your data is processed on the legal grounds in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: (c) it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract, (ç) it is needed to meet a legal obligation, and (f) legitimate interest. Marketing communications are sent only with your explicit consent.
Transfers
Data may be transferred, strictly for these purposes, to hosting and form service providers, our email service, accountants and legal advisers, and authorised public bodies. Some of our service providers have servers abroad; transfers abroad are made in line with the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention period
Quote requests that don't turn into a contract are deleted after 1 year. Contract and invoice records are kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, know who it has been transferred to, object, and claim compensation for any damage.
